Precision Nutrition/The Grapplers Guide To Sports Nutrition

I am going to buy ‘The Grapplers Guide To Sports Nutrition’ for myself and my father and was wondering if anyone else has an opinion on it.

Also, I was wondering if Precision Nutrition is worth the $147 as I have a good understanding of what Berardi advocates, so would this money basically be going towards recipes? Or is it worth it?

Is it worth getting both, or are all the principles going to be in the grapplers guide so I can just get that and not worry about all the recipes.

I did scrawny to brawny and loved it, so now the grapplers guide would be good and I am getting a bit bored with eating the same thing.

I am currently at 85kgs 15%bf and my goal is 90kgs 12%bf. I train judo twice week and weights 3-4 times.

Any input appreciated.
