My friend has the “No Nonsense Nutrition” DVDs. Which are a big part of PN. Is it worth buying PN?

Well, I find the 2 things I found most useful from PN was the No Nonsense Nutrition DVDs and the Gourmet Nutrition printout.
So, you could just order the Gourmet Nutrition eBook and save some money.
FYI, if you don’t care about saving money and want a fancy book, I think he is doing a newer version of it that will be a real book with photos of each dish.
I do have the Gourmet_Nutrition.pdf. So besides Gourmet_Nutrition.pdf and the NoNonesence DVDs, what is left in PN is the following:
The Precision Nutrition Diet Guide
Quick Start Guide
5-Minute Meals
Individualization Guide
Precision Nutrition Audio Series
Now with oats/water, milk andmilk products, protein shakes, seeds/nuts and eggs, I can make 3-4 instant meals per day. So I guess this takes care of the “5-Minute Meals”. Is there anything else there that I really need?
