Hey Folks. I’ve read several of the articles outlining what should be eaten before, during and after a training session. Everyone pretty much agrees on the ‘post’ part of it, but it seems like each expert has there own version of what you should eat pre-workout. So I wanted to get some T-folk opinions: what do you guys like before training? The biggest confusion for me is the role of carbs at this time…some people say you should just take protein, water and no carbs, others say protein and simple carbs. Also should pre w/o nutrition be specific to the type of training cycle I’m in? In other words if I’m in a cutting cycle should I exclude carbs before training to speed fat loss? Any thought are mucho appreciated. (PS. This site rocks, my progress has exploded since I started following you’re suggested, thanks so much!)
