Pre-Workout/Meet/Athletic Event Kicks?

What do you guys like using before a gym session, a meet, or sports if applicable, to get yourself a quick acting performance boost?

I used albuterol for a cutting cycle, and recently found that even when not cutting, 8 to 12mg 30-60 minutes preworkout gives me a pretty decent performance boost. Not only am I much more focused and awake, but I actually manage to squeeze out an extra rep on my heaviest top set. Two if it’s a great day and I had enough sugar before the workout.

Those working for strength will appreciate how great of a boost 1-2 reps to your top set is.
