I have used 2g of L-Tyrosine and about 20g of glutamine pre work out to help with focus/drive and was fine.
I can’t use uppers. But wouldn’t mind a little more energy.
Is there anything else you guys would recommend?
thanks

My preworkout nutrition looks like this:
1hr pre-WO:
chicken
after stretching before lifting:
1/2 Low-Carb Metabolic Drive Shake
1/2 Scoop Surge
During my workout I sip:
1/2 Low-Carb Metabolic Drive Shake
1/2 Scoop Surge
Immediately PWO:
2 scoops Surge
1hr later:
meal
I have found a huge difference with the PreWorkout Surge even though it’s really a small amount. For some reason it seems to give me more energy during my routines. I had to train without surge a few weeks ago and my workout were miserable without them. Might be worth a try if you already have all your other workout nutrition in order.

No matter how tired I am, I always get a boost with as little as 3 g of BCAAs
Why would you use Metabolic Drive pre and during a workout?
The Surge is a good idea, but I would skip on the Metabolic Drive, too slow.
OP, try Power Drive sold here at the store. It is Tyronsine and some other compounds to help with mental clarity/focus/CNS activation. No stims, you might like that, i do.
My pre-workout is 1 scoop Surge + 5 BCAA tabs.
During workout 15 BCAA tabs + lots o’ water
Post-workout is 2 scoops Surge + 2 oranges (thanks to CT’s suggestions for CrewPierce)
