I was looking for this a while back and couldn’t seem to find it. I stumbled across it while on J Berardi’s PN website. I was curious to see what they thought of the new Biotest Superfood. I thought it would be a handy reference for anyone interested in keeping track of what foods are good and bad in terms of blood PH. Some notables are parmesan cheese: +34! BAD! and raisins: -21! GOOD!
