The spots in the lungs in the after photo is just inflammation from the radiation.

Yech. I had prostate cancer couple years back. Some zapping with radiation and it’s all gone. Sucks you also needed chemo.

Where do your feel the low cable face pulls the most? I usually do them even with my face.

I do these to bring balance to the Force, I mean deltoid. I try to bring my hands to my ears. It seems to me that they hit the lower traps as much as they do the posterior deltoid. With your shoulders you probably shouldn’t be taking advice from me.

I took advantage of the prep for yesterday’s colonoscopy to do a 34hr fast. I like the cognitive feeling of the fast.

I was surprised by the scale this morning. With the damaged salivary glands and taste buds, I’ve been force feeding myself this last year. I don’t need to use as much force. I’m still down 58lbs from before the wife’s death , that started this involuntary weight loss thing and up 17 lbs since the pulmonary embolism that ended it. I think 275 is a good weight for me. Right between 2 weight classes.

I do them for scapular stability but usually feel them more in the rear delts. As for asking advice half the time I have no idea what many are talking about in here. I’m pretty much doing the same exercises I’ve been doing off and on for 55 years now. What do they say, "you can’t teach an old dog new tricks’. Wait, I think I mean never to old to learn.
