Saw oncologist last week, TSH was a 7. Keeping the dosage the same for now. Had a CT scan of neck and lungs. It took 2 long days for them to call and say all was good.

I knew the 5x5 progression was going to stall out at sometime, but 2 reps on the first set, damn. I didn’t know what to do so I got out the slingshot. I have not used it in years. Not that I don’t like it, I let someone borrow it a few years ago and recently got it back.

I will try that hang from pullup bar before conventional squatting. Maybe I can get back to that sort of squatting.
