I might discover the man has incredible moves and mysteriously miss a bunch of tackles. Or better yet get there just a little late and jump on his back.
My first ever rugby game about 22 years ago was against a bearded mountain man that looked kind of like that. Huge thighs, supposedly an alternate for the Olympic bobsled team. He played for Saranac Lake back in the day and I think he coaches now. I’ll bet a few ruggers here know who I am talking about.
I made the first tackle cleanly and felt like I was hot shit. He absolutely steamrolled me the next time!
It is Mariusz. I wonder if it’s legal in Rugby to carry your opponents along with the ball?
