If i remember from your other thread you were trying to lose a bit of weight and get in better shape?
No offense but your diet is horrible. You eat like a 10 year old. You eat more crap in one day than I eat in 6 months.
I understand your thought process, but i am just getting over a crazy stomach bug. I have little energy, so yesterday, i did not prep and was able to really eat for first time.
I didnt do a great job, but I am back on track today. My diet isnt going to impress anyone, but it will be a lot better than it has been during the sickness, where i was trying to keeep soemthing down.
Now if you dislike what i was doing prior to getting sick (3/6/25)that is another thing altogether.
Not talking about when you were sick. I get it. When i get sick i eat ramen noodles and won ton soup.
There has only been 1 day(3/26) since you started this log that has been decent. Every other day has been filled with processed foods and extremely unhealthy snacking.
At 230lbs you do not need to eat 4-5000k calories unless your trying to get huge. If you ate better, more satiating foods you’d be happy at 3k or under and would be dropping fat.
Fair enough. I burn a lot of calories at work and have been maintaining weight at 4500-5000 calories per day for months, but i am trying to lose weight. I lost 10 pounds this weekend, but that was from sickness.
We will see how it goes next few weeks, weightwise

Are those 100s?
On the rack, sir. I cannot press the 100’s just yet
Our language is funny this way
As this is a hotdog
As is this
Same with hamburgers.
When you write them here, what do you mean?
Second. I will write hamburger meat and give ounces if not a whole thing. And i would never eat a hotdog without bun. That sounds horrifying
And i agree. It is irritating when using the app that i have to add bun also
Having hundos is pretty cool.
They are so convenient for deads. I don’t warm up with less than two plates ever, so depending on my final working weight, I will grab either two plates or just the 100’s to start with (whichever are easier mathwise). Plus they are fun on rows and bench.
I mean, honestly, they are totally unnecessary. But when the guy brought them over with the 45’s, I couldn’t not buy them
The piedmontese ones are pretty good. I have them as a breakfast sausage
Dude. That does look good
