Power Snatch from Hang Technique

First time doing these and I just want to make sure I have no glaring flaws before I start increasing weight on the bar.

Looks more like a cross between a power and a muscle snatch. The turn over should be occurring as your feet hit the floor.

So my feet are hitting the floor late?

I’m more concerned with there being a major problem with pull.

No, your feet are hitting the floor before you’re turning your hands over in the catch. You’re catching the bar extremely high, with little to no knee bend. Because of this, it looks like there is a significant press out as you stand up with the weight.
