Hi CT. I’ve been working on SGHP since a little while and I decided to give O-lifting a try. This is a video of me doing a Power Snatch from box. This is maybe 90% of my max for this lift. Can you give me some advices or tips to help me perfecting my technique.

Very good! Great speed and your positions are good for the most part.
The one thing I could point out is that you shoulders are a tad too far forward in the starting position (the shoulders should be above the bar, not in front of them) this results in bringing the hips a bit too far forward when you explode while not fully extending the legs… this makes the bar travel a bit forward.
But honestly it looks good.
Also, that is nowhere near your real 90%. It’s just that your technique is not stable enough yet when you use more weight, but that looked like a warm-up. Keep it up, you have potential. Great explosiveness, coordination and mobility.
Thanks for your time and your feed back. I’ll work on this. Do you have some drill or cue to help me drop under the bar to catch in a full snatch ? I can easily do a power snatch, but when I try to catch it in a snatch I completly.

Just try to catch it into a half squat, pause it there for a second, then squat down. And gradually drop the pause. Then work on catching it an inch lower doing the same drill, then a bit lower still.
