I think i’ve seen this adressed before, but i can’t find it anywhere. ANyway, im sure you’ve already heard of it. I think it sounds very illogical with all that many half reps and such. Is there any good in this type of program?

I tried it for a few weeks about 5 years ago and found it to be a complete waste of time – no noticeable strength or size gains. I do not recommend it!
I tried the power factor workout because I am a powerlifter and do a lot of power rack work. I thought it sounded great ,but got lousy results. I really wouldn’t recomend the program!
