I like Power Drive before I run. Whether I do sprints or long runs of 6-8 miles, the Power Drive helps me stay focused. So far I’ve been able to take minute off my 5K PR while using Power Drive.
I told a friend about this and he now uses it for his competitve swimming. He swears by Power Drive now too.
I too love(d) Power Drive, just a great product. However, I have developed a sensitivity to gingko and thus, sad to say, can’t take it anymore. I guess a couple grams of tyrosine will have to do.
I take Powderdrive as soon as I wake up in the morning on an empty stomach. I start my workout about 30 minutes later, and it usually has started to kick in by the time I’m warmed up.
I’ve also noticed it does help overcome a short nite’s sleep without the jitters.
