Power Breakfast

STEAK!

This morning I had steak, 2 eggs & veggeis. Mmmmmmmmmm steak

4 egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled and sprinkled with grated cheese topped with hot sauce, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 slice wheat toast with smidge of real jelly, 6 oz orange juice, 8 oz water, 3 multi vitamins, 4oz grape juice w/5 grms pure creatine. Then off to the gym with plenty of power and an appetite for raw iron. Yeah baby!!!
