Hi!
I was wondering, could it be that if I have been in a bad posture for very long time that when I finally get better then i will get some stability issues. What I mean is that every time my posture improves my back feels unstable.
Hi!

Proper posture puts all the joints in their most efficient and stable position. How do you know your posture is improving?
I look in the mirror.
Maybe a similar effect can be described with abdominal exercises: if you do front and side plank with pefect form then its a lot harder. In these exercises perfect form would be perfect posture.
Now coming back to me: if I have achived a better posture then I have to use muscles which I havent used so much before. Let say I have anterior pelvic tilt and I have improved my posture then my lower abs have to do a whole lot more work than they are used to.
