Post Your Pre-AAS Physique Pic

Hi. Here is a picture of what I looked like prior to ever doing AAS.

I have seen a few post pictures of themselves asking am I ready?

This is what I looked like prior to my first cycle.

stats were 5’10 3/4 weight 185, BF about 6% in that picture. Arms were 16 1/4 inch, chest 45 inches, thighs 24 inches. waist was 29 1/2-30 inches lean

I have gained about 40-50 lbs of lean muscle since.

Arms are now 18 3/4 inch, and thighs about 28 inches. Can’t remember chest measurement off hand. Waste is now 32- 32 1/2 inches lean

Others please feel free to post your pics!

Great idea for a thread.

These 2 pics that follow were taken about a year prior to my first cycle. So far I have done 2x3weekers.

Obviously not reached my “genetic limit” if such a thing exists, but well…I’m greedy.

Unsure of exact stats in these pics, but roughly:

age:20 (sure of this one, haha)
Weight: 220ish
bf: don’t know
height: 5 10
upper arms: 17ish
upper legs: 27ish
chest: 45/46

another, taken roughly at the same time

I’m always up for a bit of shameless exhibitionism.

Here’s me at a fairly low bodyfat a couple of years ago.

back shot from the same day.

And basically the day I started my first cycle.

             Hilarious!!

Hey nice thread prisoner!
All you guys look great, or should I say “looked” great, ha, haa. Seriously though, nice starting body comps for all of you. I’m a bit behind in leaness, not too far back, but definitely behind you all.

                 cheers!

Oh, give him a break. I think he just got a little overzealous when he saw cheeta posting in the Steroid forum…

I can’t argue with that!

Any current pics to match up with those pre aas pics? I love to see before and after shots.

Excellent thread idea, Prisoner. Nice to see that many of the posters here didn’t start skinny and instantly jump to AAS use.

Here’s me in 2006, a year before my first cycle. I was about 215 lbs. there.

Jelly

err… and the after??

here is me at 22, 2 years before i began aas use.
My avatar is the after product.

194lbs, 10%bf, arms - piss poor, chest, 46, legs 25, apologies as this is the only info penciled on the back of the photo.

as you can see, i have changed my face for one which you may not recognise so as to retain my privacy

This is me at a fairly lean 205 (I’m 6’2") a few months before my first cycle. I don’t know what my measurements were, but it looks like Dave has me beat on the one that counts, lol.

Here’s the after, my wife took the picture this morning. I’m 7 weeks into my second cycle.

The only pre-AAS measurements I remember are 36" waist, 16.5" arms, 28" legs. And I’m 6’2".

My measurements now are 38" waist, 18.5" arms, 30" legs, and 51" chest. And yes, I realize that my build is grossly dis-proportionate, but there’s not much I can do about it. I’ve always had large bones and joints (my wrists are 9" and my knees are almost 18"), and I’m a grappler. I’m not built for looking good, I’m a tractor not a sports car, LOL.
