Guessing a tear… happened Friday during shooting from vehicle training.

Yeah. Legs don’t usually bleed like that.

I had a tear in my quad that was about half as purple. It just felt like a dull thud for a couple weeks then nothing. Back to normal by the time the bruising cleared up.
