I’m going to start doing cardio after my weightlifting workout what do you guys think is the best way to go about it, to take the shake (Surge) after lifting than jump on the treadmill and go for ~35 mins? Or wait till after lifting weights plus the additional 35 mins and than take the pwo Surge… The weight lifting sessions are pretty intense lol … Opinions?
It’s tough tho because i want to take advantage of the lifting session with the immediate pwo shake… but at the end of the day even with insulin spiked you will still be doing more than just getting your heart in shape but also burning calories… leading to fat-loss albeit less efficiently than waiting till after cardio to get the shake in … I know you’ve been in the iron game for a while have you tried both ways?

This isn’t necessarily the case if you have it immediately before or during training since insulin is greatly blunted during exercise.
