I have kind of a strange schedule problem. Normally I lift around 3:00-4:00 pm with my training partner/spotter, finishing about 4:15. Followed by drinking my PWO Surge by 4:30. My wife then wants me to go to the gym with her about 5:45-6:00. Is it ok to do cardio(about 30 mins) so soon after lifting or will I be affecting my recovery? If I do this should I drink another Surge pre or post cardio? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Seems to me like it would be fine, although I would try to keep the intensity rather low.
The Surge question is a good one, though. Should one drink Surge during and after a cardio workout, the same as a lifting session?
To make it simple, you need to prioritize.
If your weight training is your goal, then you’ll drink your Surge immediately after dropping the weights on your last set, and maybe a partial serving during your workout.
If cardio/fat loss is your goal, then you might have a P+F meal between the weights and cardio, and then drink Surge post-cardio.
Carbs (Surge) causes insulin to spike, and it “switches off” your fat burning potential. So, effectively the Surge is making your cardio less beneficial, and the cardio might (someone correct me if I’m wrong) negate some of the positive effects of Surge’s insulin spike.
If it were me, I would skip the PWO cardio, and maybe work on some grip training, ab, neck, or core exercises instead.

or you could always tell your wife to go by herself
