Post workout Drink

Biotest has stated that it’s okay to mix PLAIN creatine with Surge, not the kool-aid variety such as Cell-Tech.

Fitone, protein is composed of amino acids. The primary difference in proteins is the amino acid profile, and there isn’t a significant difference between the profiles of whey and red meat. As for creatine powder, it is merely a man-made version of natural creatine; it has the same chemical structure as naturally occurring creatine. Sorry, but no one has ever heard this theory about not combining creatine and protein (spelled p-r-o-t-E-I-n). As for the opinion of T-mag, they already suggest mixing creatine with Surge, which has 25 g protein.

You are wrong. Consider yourself corrected. Have a nice day.

Mark R.,I’m guessing from reading your post that you don’t use Surge.I was wondering is that because you tried it and didn’t find it effective or not as effective as your own mix.Is price also a factor in your decision as Surge is not inexpensive.

I’ve never tried Surge. It sounds like a fine product, but it is somewhat pricey. I use other Biotest supplements, such as Tribex-500 and ZMA; also, I’ve been using Mag-10 for about a week now. All of these seem to be excellent supplements (especially the Mag-10). Since it’s relatively easy to make a 50 g simple carb and 25 g protein drink, I would prioritize tribulus terrestris (such as Tribex-500), Mag-10, and ZMA ahead of Surge. Also, I wouldn’t recommend any of these supplements to anyone without a couple of years of training under his belt (won’t hurt – just no sense wasting the money).

Dude, it’s not cool to flame someone that’s simply trying to share an opinion, especially when you won’t even post your name. And Fitone was not “corrected”. Fitone merely has one more opinion now. That’s why we’re here.

Thanks… by the way the creatine and protien mix I heard was about 4 years ago. I think it was more more a digestion thing… I am not sure… But thats what I heard anyways…
