this seemed like the only appropriate section to post this in. i wanted to know what the proper protocol for post workout cardio is. if im taking Surge do i take it after both lifting and cardio, or in between the two? im worried the latter might be counterproductive to the cardio. any feedback on what would make both the lifting and cardio most effective would be great. also let me know if im being to idealistic and asking for much.
Take some BCAA’s after lifting and before cardio, then drink your Surge/PWO drink after you’ve finished the cardio.
