I’ve been doing the Berardi recommended vit c & e w/my surge postworkout, but was thinking of adding some more with it, possibly some coQ10 and grape seed extract. Just wondering what anyone else was doing? What’s your ‘secret’ de-aging formulas?
There’s a lot being said about Alpha Lipoic Acid for anti-aging, etc (I take 50 mg 2Xday) along with C and E.
Health from the sun has a product which is an extract of red wine, this is much better than grape seed extract because it comes from the whole grape including the skin.
