How high does the GI have to be with the carb you eat with your protien post w/o. I like to eat cereal with my whey but if the carb has whole grain in it and lots of sugar will that not work as fast as downing a Tbsp of sugar with your Whey?
Should i avoid Whhole grain all together even if its whole grain bread with enriched flour added.
i want to enjoy my High GI carb but i dont want to just throw in some sugar with my whey shake…does honey work as a fast carb too?
