Post Cycle Triglycerides

What is the best way to lower your triglycerides after a cycle. I just got my blood work done the other day, and my numbers were high. Finished 12wk cycle of 750mg of test C followed by four weeks of Novla PCT, about two months ago. Blood results were Cholesterol 220, Triglycerides 310, HDL 58, and LDL 110. Nothing too alarming execpt the triglycerides. Dr. said to go on medication but I want to try something else before I have to start taking pills for the rest of my life. Thanks guys.

Do you know what they were at before cycle?

Before the cycle my chlesterol was 105, my HDL was 58, LDL was 97, and triglycerides were 120. It seems strange that they would go up that much. I am going to start cutting out carbs way more than usual, and I will buy some Flameout to help.

Yeah, fish oils should help. I take 9 1 gram (180EPA/120DHA) fish oils a day and my Triglycerides don’t go above or even near 100.

12 fish oil tabs a day brought mine from 200 to 90.

The last time I had bloodwork done I was on about 100g carbs per day, plus the fish oil, and they were 40.

Hello everyone - I am a newbie this will be my second post
I could use all the help to get me going again.

I have the same problem however I have a script for T due to extreme low levels my lowest so far if off my bi-weekly 1ml dose was 48…

However I have been battling high BP and the doc put me on a new Beta blocker 6 months ago recently I had my blood work done NOTE: I have had an injury and have not been working out, besides feeling like Crap from the meds.
The night before the test I consumed to many cocktails with dinner and before my 12 hour fasting, thus a slight head ache pre test. ------ ME BAD!!!

In April 2009 Oct 2009
Bun - 38 high 19 [ perfect ]
Creatineine - 1.88 high 1.49 [much better] needs to be around 1.0
Testosterone - 119 low NA
Triglycerides - 286 high 395 [ way up ]
Cholesterol - 283 high 232 [ going down ]
HDL 46 43

Now these numbers things point to High Blood Pressure and possible kidney problems in my case I do have high Bp.
BLOOD PRESSURE The first thing you want to do is NOT GO TO A heart doctor but rather a Kidney Specialist that’s where you find your problems. My kidney test came back negative that’s good.

Back to the test’s
I know my T was low I cycled way down so I can rule that out BUT new meds along with BEING a slug does note a problem…

I am over 50 and all was perfect test wise till Jan 11 that’s when things went to the other way.

The doc read the test and agreeded that the meds could be the reason hopefully I won’t feel so sluggish and want to sleep on the new meds.

Wife is yelling at me WHAT ARE YOU DOINING>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> bla bla

Thanks for the advice. I will def be getting some fish oils. My Dr tried to put me on meds, but I said no that I wanted to try to lower them naturally. I have three months before my next lipid profile, so we will see what happens. Thanks again.
