So I have just concluded my 12 week cycle which included Test Prop, NPP, Tren A, and T Bol. I also used a dex and pramipexole during the cycle and will bu using clomid as my PCT. The cycle was outlined as such:
Test Prop â?? 100mg EOD W1-12
T Bol â?? 50mg ED W1-4
NPP â?? 100mg EOD 1W-6
Tren A â?? 100mg EOD W6-11
Adex - .5mg EOD W1-12
Pramipexole â?? .125 2x/Day W3-12
PCT will be clomid 100/100/50/50 W13-16
I had read a lot of different threads about ppl not suggesting to use nandrolone and tren in the same cycle due to prolactin issues and the fact that tren is just overall a better drug than NPP. I wanted to use the NPP because my knees and elbows generally go out the window as soon as I start throwing around some heavy weight that Iâ??m not normally doing. My experience with it was quite good to be honest.
Throughout the entire cycle I have had very little if any problems with my knees, which was a huge bonus because it just allowed me to just keep pressing balls to the wall. MY elbows however were not as lucky, however, I do not believe it was the actual joints just terrible tendinitis. I gave up skull crushers for two weeks and now my elbows feel fine. I can definitely tell the difference between the two compounds while I was on each of them. The NPP I gained a fair bit more of weight. By the time I was done with the NPP I weighed in at 230lbs, which is just ridiculous. While at the end of the tren I dropped to about 225lbs. I felt and looked good at both weights but donâ??t really think I want to be 230lbs.
Side effects that I felt were quite minimal. I did flare up with a little bit of gyno in my right nipple, but it wasnâ??t anything the a dex and nolva couldnâ??t handle. I actually think I could have avoided the entire problem all together but I was ignorant and started the cycle before I got my pramipexole. Other than that Iâ??m not prone to acne so I didnâ??t have any of that. The only thing is now I have grown chest hair. I never had more than few strands on my chest, now I literally grow a forest on my chest. The same goes with facial hair. I didnâ??t start shaving til I was freshman in college and that would still only happen every couple of weeks and was only located on my chin. Now I have to shave my face every 3 to 4 days. But that was all for sides.
So my overall gains went as follows
Weight â?? 210lbs up to as high as 230lbs but now sit at 225lbs
Bench â?? 350lbs up to 405lbs which was 3 weeks ago.
Squat â?? 420lbs I donâ??t know my max for this, the highest I went was 440lbs which was in the middle of my squat routine which went like this.
225 â?? 5 warm up
315 â?? 5 warm up
365 â?? 5
365 â?? 5
405 â?? 5
405 â?? 5
440 â?? 1
365 â?? 10
315 â?? 10
225 â?? 20
Overall this was an amazing experience and it is a cycle I wouldnâ??t hesitate to run again in the future. If I keep as much of my gains as I did the last time I did tren I will be more than happy. I only lost about 3-4lbs and very little strength so I will most likely always try and use tren in my future cycles.
