I think you need to work on your glutes, but then again, the purple dress hides them… Its hard to judge when they are covered.

And about the to much muscle comment, bullshit, only way your going to get “to big” is if you take steroids.
Well, I only posted the close-up to prove my hammies aren’t bad. I think they’re great, but like I wrote before, improvements are always better. My glutes are great too and when I flex them I can actually see some striations; but, I will not stop training them. So, thank you Shane for the comment on my glutes rivaling Jamie’s.

And, a special thank you to Uber for setting SSZGO straight on the too much muscle comment b/c you’re right I’d only get big by taking steroids, testosterone…which I don’t want to do anyway b/c I want to keep my femininity. And, right now this is my “off season” when I did my 1st competition I looked much harder and didn’t have as many curves.
Now I weigh about 130 and have a lot of muscle and subcutaneous water, when I diet down as I did previously before my show and take a diuretic I get down to about 118 and look super lean. You can try this link out and you�??ll see pics; just excuse my horrendous posing b/c I didn�??t know what I was doing (that�??s why I placed 6th out of 13).

triple-10sets: I’m trying to bulk my upper body, but if my ass becomes a victim and bulks up more, the better for me. I’m going to keep doing heavy squats with my PINK lifting belt and my pink knee straps (yes, I lift, but i still have a girly side…lol). So, why not? I’ll see how much mass I can keep adding to my booty…LOL!

Thx! that’s exactlt the “look” I always wanted. I tried the skinny look and didn’t like it. I always admired women who lift and it is definely possible to still be sexy, so I became one myself. It’s fun to have guys watch in awe as I lift weights and have them envy my definition. I’ve seen guys at my gym who train everyday, yet there body never changes; they still look the same year after year. You know why? b/c they do the same shit day in and day out and think eating crap is “healthy.” They’ve seen me change from a regular “fit” girl to a lean cut up girl (though I am in my off season now and the protein shkaes make me bloated…LOL!–too much info huh?)

well venus. I hope your gonna stick with the heavy squats like you said and IMO you should follow them up with walking lunges with heavy dumbells. In this world bigger is better if you know what I mean. A HUGE ass is the only thing I’ll accept personally, and Im sure most guys on here feel the same way. Good Luck and keep at it.
