Nice legs.
Its not often you see a girl with legs… well its not often you see a girl with muscle at all.
Keep it up, great pictures by the way. Especialy like that black (purple?) dress pic.

year ur lateral delts are fine… better than fine in fact… i think lat width is where u need work personally… but its sometimes hard for me to say with girls
austin bicep… hammies? really… i think her hammies look pretty stout… maybe not in this pic… but if ur creepy like me and look at her profile pics
No, I appreciate your comment on the width of my lats. I have been working on it so I hope it does get wider. I may look girly, but when I train I’m a totally different person (picture me actually grunting when I get really into lifting…LOL…the grunts come naturally…LOL!) And, as an amateur, I am flattered to be compared to Pro Figure contestants so again I am, thus far, content with my rating.
Oh and thanks for setting AustinBicep straight on my hammies!
AustinBicep: Glad you took notice and made a correction…here’s another image where you can really see my hammies (excuse my dress though it’s not gym/figure attire)
Stu: Glad you like the pink outfit…;-)
ya im sorry for not noticing at first, but the original picture didn’t do your hammies any justice. As for the purple dress…your glutes look amazing ![]()

Just to be a broken record here…
you have a fantastic look right now. Muscular but still very feminine, great inspiration for many of the women here I would imagine. Good luck with your future competitions.
Thank you. And, as long as I know it, I will do well. I try to live by this saying: If you say you can’t, you never will!
Uber: I know I hear that a lot about girls and legs, but I vowed to be different than “normal” girls where I live. And, glad you liked the purple dress…lol!
Austin: Glutes is such a good word isn’t it, it helps when you just want to say nice A$$…LMAO!
Thank you everyone; I’ll wait a couple of months before I post a new photo for all of you to kindly rate. I’m sure I’ll make some more improvements by then ![]()
First post here but I’ll keep it simple, you would make a great testimonial at my gym…well a lot of gyms. Proof that you can lift weights and even do it heavy, and still have a body that guys will drool over (as seen here lol).
Maybe someone has asked this and I missed it or it’s in another thread, but I’m curious what do your lifts look like.

You look totally awesome! Congratz! 10+
What’s your diet and training routine like? How long you’ve been training?
You’re too kind…a 10+. Well, I’ll take it!
I weight train for 2 hours and do cardio in 2 1/2 hr bouts 5-6 days a week. My diet is very healthy. I eat old fashioned oatmeal for breakfast that I cook with, get this, flavored apple cinnamon tea; I add cloves, cinnamon, and splenda for added flavor (yummy). About 2-3 hrs later I have 8 0z of steamed chicken breast with a steamed small sweet potato (a slow carb), then an unflavored whey protein isolate (25g) shake with BCAA’s (I actually make it with frozen fruit and a small piece of banana b/c I don’t want all the other crap that’s added to protein powders). After my workout I have a the same protein shake and then about 1 hour later I have another 8 oz of chicken breast with a steamed parsnip (looks like a white carrot) and peas and carrots (fast carbs). Then about 3 hrs later I have 4 oz of chicken breast with lots and lots of veggies and greens (frozen spinach, kale, or mustard greens) and legumes and 3 egg whites. Before I go to bed I have a natural unflavored calcium caseinate (also has AA’s)protein shake that I do flavor with 2 frozen strawberries and 2 slices of frozen peach and a small piece of banana. And, I also snack on a lot of celery…whew…that’s enough…LOL!
Lol, thanks a lot! ![]()

Wow, I’m flattered that you decided to post to my thread first. Yes, I always go heavy; I don’t like to go light. I wanted to build muscle (and still do) not just “tone” up…g-d I hate that word “tone.” Anyway, my lifts are as follows (approx):
Deadlift: 90-100 lbs
Squat: 100-120 lbs
Leg Press: 180-200 lbs
Okay, what else am I supposed to list? This is the 1st time anyone has asked me about my lifts… ;-)Thx!
nice ass
more black dress though

7 is not a bad rating at all. Very nice physique, OP. In my mind, a 9 would and should be reserved for the top figure girls. Few of them would even get a 10 from me. That’s for the most amazing, drop-dead bodies imaginable. Gina Allioti and Jelena maybe. Perfect combination of muscles and curves. And amazing lines. But you are looking VERY good, Venus. What are your current goals?
My current goals are to build my upper body a bit more and I want to compete in my 2nd amateur natural figure competition with the INBF. They also have a Ms. Fit Body competition that I want to do as a crossover. But, I don’t think a rating of 7 is bad at all when I know I have to make improvements.
Here’s me doing a T-pose…
Thanks again!
Off to a great start! I do think focusing on shoulders is a good move. Maybe even a shoulder specialization program. I believe Thib has a good one you could look into. You look at the top girls and their shoulders are almost overdeveloped in comparison to other body parts. Helps emphasize [or, in some of them, create the illusion] of an hourglass figure.
Well not to take away from it but when I say my first post, I simply meant in this thread, I have over 300 posts on this forum. Nevertheless, I am also curious as to your bench, or pullups (how many). And yeah I I like girls who lift heavy, it’s hot…unfortunately I am not your type…that and you’re prolly a few years older then me lol.
I’ve seen some of your other posts on here, you fit in quite well as a T-Nation poster.

(I may be thinking it, but I wouldn’t say it)

Very solid 9, great work!!
more left triceps… or is it the lack of flexing?

Who is Thib? I’d like to look into the shoulder program you mentioned.
Live: Thanks for putting it bluntly…LOL! And, just for you, here’s one more pic with the PURPLE dress
Stu: Thx for staying respectful ![]()
Hussayn: It’s the flexing…maybe this pic from 2 months ago with me and a co-worker foolin’ around with poses is better
Thib is short-form for Christian Thibaudeau, a popular author here. His articles are great, but I’m not sure of the article the guy is talking about, that and I don’t really wanna go look for it lol. Someone prolly else will for ya.

Thanks for the info and it’s okay, I like doing things for myself on my own ![]()
damn, keep up the great work

Thx Crew!
Very lovely lady and that’s coming from a woman. You are muscular but still feminine, balanced very nicely. That’s the look I am working towards. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for your comment. It’s nice to receive some good feedback from a woman and I hope you achieve your physique goals.

Here’s a pic I found from 2 mos. ago of me and a co-worker foolin’ around with poses that might be better (he also began competing).
