I weight train for 2 hours and do cardio in 2 1/2 hr bouts 5-6 days a week. My diet is very healthy. I eat old fashioned oatmeal for breakfast that I cook with, get this, flavored apple cinnamon tea; I add cloves, cinnamon, and splenda for added flavor (yummy). About 2-3 hrs later I have 8 0z of steamed chicken breast with a steamed small sweet potato (a slow carb), then an unflavored whey protein isolate (25g) shake with BCAA’s (I actually make it with frozen fruit and a small piece of banana b/c I don’t want all the other crap that’s added to protein powders). After my workout I have a the same protein shake and then about 1 hour later I have another 8 oz of chicken breast with a steamed parsnip (looks like a white carrot) and peas and carrots (fast carbs). Then about 3 hrs later I have 4 oz of chicken breast with lots and lots of veggies and greens (frozen spinach, kale, or mustard greens) and legumes and 3 egg whites. Before I go to bed I have a natural unflavored calcium caseinate (also has AA’s)protein shake that I do flavor with 2 frozen strawberries and 2 slices of frozen peach and a small piece of banana. And, I also snack on a lot of celery…whew…that’s enough…LOL!

Yes, I am planning on competing in my 2nd natural amateur figure competition in June. Thank you! I just need to get the posing and walk down and I should be fine.

LOL! Oh…no, I didn’t see the movie. Thanks, and I guess it’s a good thing I’m not overly muscular b/c with my federation although they like definition and vascularity, they don’t want figure girls to look too muscular either. My competition is on June 28th.
