I literally just went through each page of this thread and I must say you are look great… You have done some nice work and put many men to shame in the category of work ethic… I love the fact that you work hard but still look like a lady…
Oh and I’m sure hearing you grunt while working out is priceless…
Thank you to all those who have congratulated me. Again, I felt I deserved a better placing than 5th, but I know politics are involved and I am a new face to the NPC. I am going to do another show in November. I want to have time to rest, recuperate, and come back strong. I am going to make some improvements with my delts and the width of my back.

I’ll keep posting progress pics for my next show and will still insist on leg shots from men…LOL!

I am in class B, 5th place.
Looks good. I think you had a lot more musculature to your thighs than the first 2 ladies. You did very well. Some stiff competition.
If you think you’ve deserved better, I’m sure you’ll get better the next time you compete. I wish I could get tan like that. Ha Ha
Nice work at the show and congrats!! Fifth place is awesome for your first show, and I like your mentality that you deserved better than fifth, which you did. You looked better than a couple of those girls. But don’t worry, you’ll get first place soon enough, hopefully at your show in November.

Venus I believe I owe you an apology. Looking at your comp fotos I must say…you do look fantastic. Call it a case of ignorance, but I think your comp pics bring your muscles out far better than your other fotos.

You’re very very pretty and look lean, strong and feminine and its easy to understand why the guys here are swayed by you.
Now for the serious part, I assume you want to build a career as a figure athlete. You need to be more careful how you mold your physique for that.
You are short and stubby and thats usually a no no as far as placing high in a high level contest like the NPC.
IMO your legs are overdeveloped and lend to the stubby look (rather than the illusion of length). You need significantly more shoulder width to look “graceful” if you know what I mean.
Since you have a square jaw, you may want to adjust your hairstyle a little for the next contest. Did you hire a good coach or you you going at this solo?

I’ve been offline for a while but excited to see your results. Just from looking at the top 5, I think you might have deserved as high as third. You’re killing the girl in fourth for sure.
