Nothing wrong with the one you have up now…

You look fantastic Venus. Tremendous quads, hamstrings, and um, Gluteus Maximus if you will.

Well done!

Yeah, I couldn’t sleep. This diet has me going crazy. But, I’m strong-minded and will follow it through.

At the risk of sounding creepy – you just proved that women with muscles can be sexy.

From what all of us can tell by your pics, you’re doing just fine Venus…

Keep up the good work. It’s inspiring to see women push themselves in the gym.

Bravo.

I will b/c I love it!

Much improvement !!! Bravo. Maybe just an idea you could cut down your cardio and spend more time with the weights for a while. That will add some more meat on your frame.

I would but I’m about 6 weeks out from competing, so I need to stay lean. And trust me I spend a lot of time with weights, 2 hrs w/ them is enough; don’t you think?

What diet are you following Venus? The changes in your tummy is drastic. Looks really good. Im trying to lose my belly so maybe I can learn from you.

brava  not bravo

Hard to think straight when looking at her avatar; especially the new one.

Greens, lean protein, complex carbs (oats) and I try to down at least 2 gallons of water. I also do 1 hr of cardio 5-6 days a week (important for losing the fat covering the abs).

Love that new avatar! LOL.

I was inspired because you usually see “before-and-after” shots for people who lose a lot of fat, because the difference is so stark, but I just felt that seeing progress shots of a person who was already very fit working hard and making significant improvements is both inspirational and deserving of recognition.
