I’m well aware of the importance of proper PWO nutrtition. What I’m wondering is how this applies to cardio. I’m specifically talking about like MMA skill training. If I spend an hour boxing, should I have some Surge?

One scoop of Surge would be beneficial for hard cardio or endurance training by replenishing glycogen stores and amino acids. If it was extreme endurance like marathon running or bike training, I would think two scoops would be appropriate.

Goals and intensity of cardio based. if your needing to pack on muscle and have a hard time doing so them geting off the coach will warrant nutrition.
Base it on your needs. Yes Surge following a bout of MMA training can be an awesome addition.
Is Surge availible in GNCs?
