Post Cardio Meal

Hey -

For lifting days, my diet consists of a PWO shake as well as a high carb + protein meal about an hour later. However, on my non workout days I dont have these, which leads to a significant calorie dropoff.

My question is - I am beginning to incorporate cardio (HIIT and some conditioning work) into my non-lifting days. How should my peri-cardio nutrition look for these days? Should I keep the same PWO shake and meal as for lifting or change them up? My goals in this cardio are to stay fairly lean while adding mass as well as build up some endurance for the upcoming baseball season.
