Seeing that skill strength training is a very specific activity: how much carryover to other activties does it have?

The real interrogant is who would be stronger: a bw trainee or a weigthlifting enthusiast? Since they are different methods of training this question aims to know who would be stronger overall. For agument’s sake let’s assume both weigth the same, say 200 lbs.
