Hey. Just shot a posing video of 16 year old me today, no pump, so I could see the progress from my before (2 months old: www.tinypic.com/player.php?v=20jnww2&s=3 )
Doesn’t really seem to have improved alot, just more bloated and fat lol… arms have gone from 16 inches to near 17 inches and my numbers have gone up a little as well. Gained 6 lbs BW.
Have changed from mostly DBs to mostly BBs
BB Rows 265 lbs for 5 reps
BB Bench 225 lbs for 4 reps
DB Incline 100 lbs for 4 reps
DB Row 170 lbs for 8 reps
No new legshots now, but they are following along nicely imo.
For some reason I have been stuck with 2-3x230 lbs bench for months now. I have tried changing to DB inclines and quit bench (my inclines went from 75 lbs to 100 lbs quickly) and changing back to bench afterwards, but no results. I am now doing 1x speed-bench and 1x heavy-bench, but that doesn’t really seem to work either. Should I just quit bench or should I just keep on doing my speed/heavy for a month or two? Or any suggestions?

Ok look, the deal is, there’s a lot of people I know, scout leaders and priests mostly that would pay a lot of money for a video like that. Just in case this whole…bodybuilding thing doesn’t work out.
