I was wondering of the eight compulsory poses, which are the most difficult to execute in terms of the amount of muscle mass and aesthetics you’ll need to pull it off successfully?
My copy of Arnold’s encyclopedia states that he found the front double biceps one of the hardest as it highlights an weaknesses you might have.
Any thoughts?

I always found any of the front poses are hard you have to make sur that your abs are flexed along with your legs took me a while and I still screw up sometimes there are so many things that a judge can see form front and side poses
i always found the front lat spread awkward, it’s just a hard pose for me but have no trouble with rear lat spread…think i’m also too wide/maybe my arms are too short and can’t quite lock my hands on a traditional side tricep pose, so i just lock my hands in front of me instead of behind…i’m sure that with enough time working on it and stretching i can get it, but it’s just not a big concern for me right now:)
