Thanks to !vic for the sled design. Cost me $20 at Home Depot. Just need to get something to pull it with.

Nice find…what were you doing in the Guat?

Recently obtained a piece of PVC pipe about 4 inches in diameter. We cut it down to 4 feet long, place it on/over a regular Olympic bar, and do Connan Walks with it wedged Zercher-style.

Yo this is the best thread. Gonna read and learn

I have been wanting to post these for some time.

Thanks. I have some ideas to make the calf raise machine better since building and using it. For example, it would probably be a bit smoother if I made the seat move with the lever arm.

Anyone have any good ideas for making blast straps or chains? I’d be taking them to my gym or a playground, so I don’t need to worry about bolting them into the ceiling or anything.
Thanks,
Dan

Savage. Man, I never even thought of that. I just wish I still worked in the sprinkler industry. I could’ve got tons of cool shit from my boss. Old PVC, some pipes and TONS of rocks. Never though of it though

Use dog leashes and buy some d handles. You can get D handles for like $6 each and leashes for about the same.

-Thats for blast straps.
