Oh, by the way, do you consider a dislike for chronic lying akin to a chip on a shoulder?

Chasing the guy’s name around online and nipping at his heels kinda like an angry dog - pretty similar in my eyes.
And the part about thinking you weren’t around in 2000 or whatever, you’ve definitely got me confused with someone else. I guess, go dig up that post since that’s your thing if you are sure you got the right guy, but you don’t.
For real though, I really don’t care. You come off as having a chip on your shoulder about Poliquin.[/quote]
Brick isn’t the only one who has pointed these outrageous claims out. There have been entire threads about Poliquinisms. You can’t make statements like he does without someone questioning it. That doesn’t mean there is any hostility involved.
Charles Poliquin: “I had a physique competitor go 9.4% body fat to 7.8% in 6 days after I told her to consume butter and coconut oil 6 times a day.”
Poliquin said a ton of helpful things, but he also tends to make incredibly exaggerated dumb statements right out of nowhere. One thing I’ve learned about ‘expert advice’ is the old Bruce Lee method of taking what’s useful and discarding what’s useless. Instead of choosing who to believe or wasting time figuring out the mysteries, I think giving something an actual honest shot is probably the fastest road to a well developed bullshit-o-meter. You get burned a few times over the years, but after that, sifting through information and advice becomes a breeze.
I forget who said this,“shitty advice followed with the right attitude will yield better results than the best advice followed with a shitty attitude”. Money.

Goddam you, with your common sense.
