Hello everyone. I am 16 years old and I have started lifting weights 6 months ago.
I would like you to rate my really bad physique.
Sorry for my english it is really bad also.
I weight 70 kilograms for 174 centimeters and I have 23% body fat.
I am serious, I have the special calipers ? I don’t know how you call it but it’s a machine that grabs your fat on different parts of your body and gives you your percentage of body fat. I really do have 23% fat.
Concerning the legs, I haven’t started really training them seriously. They look catastrophic but it has been a while (one week) I started seriously training them.
I really do have 23% body fat. I went to my trainer in my gym and he took a sort of machine that grabs your fat on different parts of your body. He told me I am 23% bf.
Concerning the legs, it is catastrophic, I prefer not to show them.
Sorry Gustave, I also was going to call BS on your body fat %. I guess it is mostly in your legs. I suggest getting a new trainer if you are not even training your legs at all! But concerning the supplied photos, you look legit for your training age.

23%??? While its impossible to tell bf% just from a picture, there’s no way in hell youre 23% unless you have the marshmallow man’s legs.[/quote]
100% agree. if you’re 23% BF, than im morbidly obese, even though i have more fat than you and im only 13%.
wow dude, good job so far. You have triceps starting to appear, and it looks like you have some traps, and a bit of mass on your chest! Good job so far. Now start squatting and deadlifting!

Start training legs. When you train your legs, your whole body gets bigger and stronger. There’s no way you have 23% body fat. I have 12 and I have a lil gut going.
I would like to know which type of diet I will need to follow to obtain the same body of Bruce Lee and which type of weightlifting I need to deal with.

High protein, medium carbs, High fats, Strength training 1-3 reps 5+(?) sets.
EDIT: Why not just google something like “bruce lee training”?
I tried so many times to look on Google about Bruce Lee’s training but I found nothing at all. The only source of information I can get is his book which is quite expensive.
So what I know is high protein, low carbs and low fats.
I have to ban milk, fruits, bread, butter, oil, sauces.
Then I have to train with light weights with longer repetitions and series.
Light weights > 30 kilograms.
