So he ran 10km per day ? That’s two hours of running…
5 miles is about 8 kilometers…and that shouldn’t even take an hour, unless you have no endurance.

What do I need to do to get the same body of Bruce Lee ?[/quote]
Starve yourself.
Chang Lee?
Ummmm, why the HELL do you want to look like him? HE WAS NOT A BODYBUILDER! This is a bodybuilding site. Unless you want to gain muscle mass…LEAVE!
BUT…if you want to look like him, why are you asking us how? Is it not obvious? You’re already skinny, but not skinny enough. Starve yourself, run 10 miles every day, and kick and punch stuff. You’ll be the most poopular kid in school!
(no, poopular is not a typo)
You want to lean down? Go 6 - 8 SMALL meals a day, no carbs like pastas, bread, or starches. Make yourself a veggie plate and have a couple of slices of good white meat like chicken or turkey. Find an isolate protein for post workouts and mornings. Eat more unrefined fats from animal, olive/flax/safflower/coconut oil, fish, etc.
Drink 5 - 8 litres of water a day. When you work out lift heavy with 1 - 5 reps, do compound movements. Sprint, run and do HIIT for your cardio.
Research as much as you can. Read lots and ask questions. Find a routine that works for you, not a cookie cutter program from a Men’s Fitness Magazine.
Finally, DEDICATE YOURSELF. Make it a lifestyle, it should be routine for you not work. Consistency is vital to a program like this, you won’t get cut like that in two weeks, let alone two months. Kick some ass brother.
If you have no leg strength at all and you lean down now, you will look pathetic. A reasonable upper body built upon infantile legs. You will need to eat more in order to build muscle mass down there, THEN cut when your body is properly trained.
I think you are right guys. I am going to gain more mass and then cut down. My aim is to go down to a very low body fat percentage.
Luckily, today I am going to work out the legs. Squat power !
Gustave, I know that you claim you were tested at 23% BF, but you are not. It is very clear from looking at the pictures that you are lower than that, regardless of what a trainer or a machine tells you.
My advice to you is to forget cutting down for now and eat everything as many cows as you can, assuming that you are working out with the big moves (deadlifts, squats, rows, presses, power cleans…).
Good work so far. Keep it up.
Why would you post if you think you have a bad physique?

That’s exactly what I was wondering.
And I always thought Bruce Lee looked like an emaciated little China-man. I don’t understand why anybody would want to look like him. I thought this was a bodybuilding site, not a “I want to be super-skinny so I can see my abs” site. Whatevs.
If you knew your physique is bad, why the fuck did you ask?
I’d rate you a 1 for being an idiot, but it’s not a criterion.
