Could somebody please help…i have two questions regarding poliquin’s german body comp program:

  1. should i take every set to failure?? if not, which ones??

  2. what type of split should i use with this program (2 on 1 off)???

Dont take every set toi failure. Take the last set to concentric failure only. Ive had success with a traditional Poliquin five day split. Chest and back, Off, Arms , Legs ,Off, Repeat cycle.
