Although this substance is called rum, it has absolutely no relation to actual Jamaican rum or any other rum for that matter.
It is mass produced by the fine establishment of Badel Zagreb and is commonly used as an additive to cakes - if you want to add some aromatized alcohol content to the cake for example.

I believe the troll is trying to build up his “hardcore” image by claiming to drink this…substance.
