After much research, i have decided to run the following…
Test E @ 200 mg /week
HCG @ 1000 iu /week
Arimidex @ 1mg /week
Bloodwork will be every 6 months.
This is based on a recent Test result which was 392.
I haven’t done a full blood test yet but needless to say, i will before picking up the needle.
If all come back normal and it just turns out to be low test due to poor genetics, what do you guys think of the above plan?
Stats:
-31
-6’5
-225
-Don’t really know my bf percentage atm but id say its prob between %19-23.
-I’ve workout for most of my life and was practically a nutrition/gym freak but been out of the gym for about 3 years…unfortunately.

hard to advise w/o seeing your bloods. split your T dose into 2 @ 100mg - Sunday night and Thursday am - split your HCG 2 doses at 250 iu MWF and AI 1/2 mg dose Monday and Friday. I’ve been on a similar TRT protocol for over a year and you’ll learn to tweak it based on how you feel, sides, etc… I’ve tweaked it 3x and have found my sweet spot. i use Test Cyp/Prop blend and love it. used to use Test cyp only and notice a diff in leaning out on the blend.
I can tell you what I have done. I am older (53) than you and I still spent some time trying to raise my T levels naturally (hopefully you have done the same). These efforts were unsuccessful for me but you’re younger and they may work for you. My T level was 217, about that of a dead man.
Unlike many here, my doctor was amazing, not extremely knowledgeable but willing to learn and, most importantly, listen. It was very nice that he was also using T (cream at this point but he previously used T Cyp) and knew of its benefits in the right set of circumstances. Remember, once you start Exe T, though it may not be permanent, it will have lengthy consequences.
Also, in talking with my doctor, at your age (not so much mine) you may not need an AI or the hCg. If you’re convinced you NEED T, then I would start with the T and after a month get retested and check your E levels and T levels and adjust as needed. The fewer medicines you are taking the better. Of course, always pay attention to the signals your body is sending.
I wouldn’t just jump into a full blown protocol because that’s what all the boards are saying should be done. Nobody wants to be big and jacked more than me, but patience can help in this circumstance. Most of the time, less is better. Best of luck!
