Hi, I would be very grateful for any advice/criticisms of my 3 Day split…
My goals are to build both muscle and strength. Here is my workout…
Chest/Tri’s - Monday
Chest:
Dumbbell Bench Press 4x 12,10,10,10
Incline Bench Press 2x 10,10
Fly/pec dec 3x 10,10,10
Push ups 2x Failure
Tri:
Tricep Dips 3x 10,10,10
Close Grip BenchPress 3x 10,10,10
Skull Chrushers 3x 10,10,10
Bench Dips 3x Failure
Back/Biceps - Wed
Back
Deadlift 4x 10,10,10,10
Wide Grip Pull Ups 3x 10,10,10
Barbell Rows 3x 10,10,10
Biceps
Standing BB Curl 4x 10,10,10,10
DB Preacher Curl 3x 10,10,10
DB Hammer Curl 3x 10,10,10
Chin Ups 2x Failure
Legs/Shoulders- Friday
Legs

Lunge (db) 3x 10,10,10
Step Ups 3x 10,10,10
Calf Raise 3x 10,10,10
Shoulders
Standing Shoulder Press 3x 10,10,10,10
Frontal Raise 3x 10,10,10

Tues and Thurs will consist of a 30 min cardio/ab workout.
Note*
10 min cardio/stretch before all workouts
Rest times between sets is 90 sets and 2 mins between exercises.
Any suggestions for tweaking my routine…Drop/Add some exercises/sets?
