Please Criticize My Cutting Diet

Height: 5ft11 Weight:165lb Bf:10% Arms:15" Chest: ?god knows anyway!
Im looking to get rid of the lower fat covering the bottom abs!
the top four are visiable but i just cant seem to lose the last amount at the bottom! i think i have platued! been low carbing for a while now :confused:

Meal 1: 40g Oats & 2scoops whey (25carbs30pro)
Meal 2: 100g Chicken (30pro)
Meal 3: 100g Chicken (30pro)
Meal 4: 20g Oats & 2scoops whey (12.5carbs30pro) (3hours before workout)
Meal 5: whey shake & bannana (20carbs&30pro) (post workout)
Meal 6: whey shake & 25g natural Pb (30pro&15fat)

Works out to be
65Carbs(alowing 10 from non direct carbs sources such as AnPb)
190Pro(alowing 10 from non direct pro sources such as AnPb)
20fat(alowing 5from non direct fat sources such as oats)
Calories: around 1250

I was looking to follow this monday throught to saterday
Training monday, tuesday, thursaday friday
cardio wednesday, thursday, friday, saterday 40min mid intensity

and on a sunday having folowing the diet up entil the 6th meal and having a ā€œcheatā€ meal to spike the matabalisom!?

Start eating real food. 4/6 of your meals are coming from whey which is going to result in a pretty good insulin spike at almost every meal. Try eating lean beef, fish, chicken, turkey etc. You need alot more fat. and 1250 calories? you are going to be a giraffe alien when you are done eating that little. And what about vegetables?

Your goals are your ownā€¦ but Iā€™ll say from a general observation that you would likely benefit from switching to a muscle gaining phase for an extended period rather than dieting further at this point.

OK I accidentally deleted meal 1 but this whole thing is a wreck.

Low carbs, low fat, no mention of vegetables on top of thatā€¦ if you arenā€™t freaking STARVING on this that means that your metabolism is likely shut down.

Thereā€™s nothing you can do besides increase cardio or add a fat burner thatā€™s going to help you because if you reduce this diet even further you run some legitimate damage. I donā€™t think you should, again I think you need to bring the food up to reset your metabolismā€¦ but lowering calories anywhere is the last thing Iā€™d advise.

I am working with a girl whoā€™s about 5ā€™5 145-150 lbs and sheā€™s eating more calories than you for he fat loss diet, by a couple hundred calories.

A cheat meal is going to be a blip on the radar for what I can only assume youā€™ve done. If it were up to meā€¦ Iā€™d add some carbs and fat to your diet immediately, like as soon as you are done reading this go eat something. Not 1000 more calories overnight, but a gradual buildup of letā€™s say 200 calories every 2 weeks.

my bodie type would be your typical endo/mesmo and i have got down to about 10% bodie fat that why im not keen on the carbs! thanks for the reply

and want the abs there for the summer!
