went to new one in nyc today and employee told me they dont want BBs or PLs at there gym. they have no barbells or benches or raCKS AT all…omg i freaked…lots of machines and smith machines and treadmills…its insane, but its cheap too.guy said smith machine is safer than regular free weights…wow
