Hey great log, I’ve been following since the beginning.

What about power cleans on the back squat day? I remember you doing an oly lift day before but haven’t seen it in a while.

Also you might be better unracking the bar and walking backwards instead, it’s a bit precarious racking it backwards.

Anyway keep it up, I’m looking forward to when you reach that body weight one arm chin!

Thanks for the tip! I just need to work on my form and I also think I messed up my bar a little bit.

Just letting you know Im still following and Im enjoying watching your videos.
I find your method of training interesting that to is simplistic and involves plenty of skill work.

Do you have any particular physique goals in mind? How often do you get on the slack line? What does your diet look like?

I like your house. Do you live on a farm?

Thank you! I really want a one arm chin and a full planche. Those are my main goals. I probably get on the slack line a couple times a month but I’m trying to do it more. My diet is terrible but I do try to get enough protein. Besides that I eat a lot of junk. I don’t live on a farm but I’m lucky to have a little space out here. I appreciate you continuing to follow!
