PL Training for Master's Nats

All the best to you Art! Your advice and wisdom has been extremely valuable to me and to many others as well.

Meet tomorrow - mixed emotions! Maybe it will get me my ‘second wind’ and get back to some mental & physical ‘normalcy’ here in south Jersey. Pics and contest review coming tomorrow, hopefully…my best to the gang!

Good lifting tomorrow. Pulling for you.

Good luck QT. Knock 'em down!

Looking forward to your post bro.

Had a great time at USAPL NJ States! Went 9-for-9 and set a State Record in the BP along the way. Now I have to put up or shut up, so, a slew of doctor’s appts are upcoming. First one tomorrow with my GERD doc probably to schedule another endoscopy. Next week, back specialist will have the opportunity to check out this arthritic-riddled body, hopefully addressing the limp issue - we shall see! Hope all is well with the gang & thanks for all your suggestions and well-wishes!

Contest pics and results are posted on HT’s thread; check 'em out!

Good work on the contest. Hope the Docs have good news. You are quite an inspiration to an awful lot of us.

Three mischief makers three!

Who let the dogs out?

Sweet looking crew.

Congrats on the record and a successful meet, QT.

Congrats QT. Love the trio, they look like they trouble markers.

Awesome pics!

Hoping the tests went well for, stay strong!

THANKS Stream!

Scope on Thursday; have my kids Fri-Sun…haven’t had my son down here since mid-Aug of 2008 with him wrestling and taking SAT Prep classes on Saturdays. My daughter has been here pretty consistently. It will be nice to see them both at the saame time

Eight months seems like a very long time to me. You must be excited about seeing your son. My daughter will be moving in with me full time in June. She’s eighteen and will soon be spreading her wings. Then just visits back and forth. This is the one thing I never prepared myself for.

I’ll be thinking powerful thoughts for you on Thursday, good luck. Stay strong and enjoy the young ones, they’re growing up fast!

Had my scope this morning…went from a “Level D” to a “Level C” so things are a tiny bit better. Pics show some stomach inflammation but my duodenum looks good. Esophagus has some new ulcerations, unfortunately, and the hiatal hernia has enlarged.

…more of the same…guess I can’t really complain but will also have to wait for biopsy results…

Some discomfort swallowing; cough getting worse again but i think I have another sinus infection as I’m spitting up some unusual-lookin’ stuff!
Workouts seem OK; Life seems OK! Looking for another job - rumor has it my Special Ed facility may close if the census doesn’t increase. My adjunct professor position at OCC will be gone in Sept as the administration has gotten rid of the 3-credit Health requirement, so I may be just teaching Kinesiology every Spring semester…we shall see, but I’m still gonna look for work elsewhere.

The Sunday of Memorial Day weekend hosting an informal Tactical Strength Challenge meet at my house in south jersey…Open Invitation
to come try it out with a BBQ to follow…

QT, I feel I like I know you so much better now

Stay healthy guy!

So, SteelyD, since we’ve broken bread, are you and your family comin’ down to my place for the TSC & BBQ Memorial day weekend??? I’ll put ya up but I have to warn you, I have 3 pits and 3 cats, the cats scare me more personally.
Hey, I’ll understand if you can’t come; hope all is well with you & yours.

saw neurologist today…I was hoping since he was a triathlete he might better appreciate my wants and needs…went 'cause my “limp” is worsening…closed MRI in 2 weeks and bilateral LE EMG’s…wow, i can’t wait on both counts!!! I hate that tube - i always have an anxiety attack 5 minutes into a 30 minute process AND I can’t stand needles, even accupuncture sized! Shout out to HT, Barry, JimmyT, hel, DZ, stream, SteelyD, etc!

Love ya man. The best to you and Betty.
