So I’m flat benching this morning and was into my 2nd set when I heard a ‘click’ in the base of my neck. Not surprisingly, it’s painful to rotate my head. It may be an illusion, but I keep feeling what I think is a tingling in my left calf.
Any thoughts? Pinched nerve? Just rest and ice, or?
I just thought I had a sore trap/neck until I started feeling tightness in my right thumb, which turned out to be a nerve; so you never know until you get it checked.

Hey martyh, I have the same problem too, I went to see a chiropractor and he adjusted the base of my neck, I have weakness on my left shoulder, bicep and tricep and had tingling on my left thumb. He said 3 treatments should make it better, I’ve already had 2, I have 1 more in 2 days. What was your experience about this? How did you go about getting it treated? Are you all better now? Pls let me know as it would be of immense help, you can PM me for an email address. thanks in advance
