hey fellas. i been liftin pretty serious for about a year now. i had excellent gains for the first 6 months but it seems like my muscle growth has stopped and im just getting fatter. i thought i had my diet in order but i guess not. if you could look at it and let me know what you think id appreciate it.
morning
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
8 oz glass of milk
banana
pre lunch
oatmeal, cup of fruit, beef jerky, handful of peanuts
lunch
boneless skinless chicken or tuna/turkey sandwhich, whatever im in the mood for
post lunch
protein bar and some beef jerky, apple usually
dinner
big slab of ground turkey
green beans or corn
Surge during and after workout
4 egg whites and a piece of toast with jelly then some cottage cheese before bed
i guess i should add what my lifting is like. right now im doing the Training For Maximum Size Routine. I also do a bit of cardio immediately following, just hitting the punching bag for about 10-20 mins and throwing in about 5 mins of jump roping.
yeah i eat quite a bit i usually eat till im pretty full. as for the training, i work my ass off pushin myself as hard as i can in the gym then i usually go pretty all out when hitting the bag.

This is NOT alot of food! Where are the walnuts, peanut butter, olive oil, flax oil, yoghurt (or kefir), and above all VEGGIES! It looks like your fiber intake is really low, as well as healthy fats. You should really count up all those calories, and see just how little it really is!
I would suggest re-reading the Massive Eating articles, just to remind yourself how much you really have to eat. And I realize that you mentioned you are gaining fat, but that may be becuase your metabolism has slowed down over the past year.
